One Directioners

A little tid bit on my life right now.  Everything that goes on in the house has to do with the band One Direction.  Seriously!  The girls eat, breath, sleep everything about them.  One Directioners is a phrase someone came up with for people that are dedicated to all things One Direction.  I have to admit that I really do like the band.

The two top photo's are of Soren and Olivia.  They had been pulling each other on the rolly thing.  Don't ask me what it's called because I don't know.  It was fun to sit back and watch them.

The girls were outside waiting for their friend Meredith.  Ella has finally past Anna in height.  Anna will be 15 in September and Ella will be Twelve in October.  They are both taller than I am.  So not liking this.

Soren is still taller than Olivia,  but Olivia outweighs him.

 Here comes Meredith.
 HI!

I love it when they are together.  All they do is laugh.  I love it when my kids are laughing.  It usually means they aren't fighting.

I know these pictures are random.  I just fell in love with these ladies.  This one was talking to me.  Sometimes I will drive over to where they are and just sit and watch them.

The other night we had a storm come through.  We had a double rainbow that was just stunning.

With the rainbows and rain, the snails came out in full force.  Yuck.

Picnic at Birchbay.

Several weeks ago the kids and I needed a much needed break.  So we packed up a picnic lunch and ran down the road the the bay.  It was beautiful and sunny.  A little too much of a breeze for a swim, so the kids just waded in the water a bit.

Anna got some seaweed wrapped around her foot and freaked out.

I sit back in shock sometimes when I see a picture of all five of my kids together.  They are growing up way too fast.  I am so lucky to have them.

I love the shots of Soren pulling up his shorts.  His little thighs are so white.
Little Miss Muffet wasn't to keen on the seaweed on her feet.  I don't blame her.  I'm not one to put my feet in the water unless it's highly chlorinated.
Logan caught a little crab and was trying to scare Olivia with it.
What a mean big brother!

Soren loves to pull the seaweed out and play with it.  It creeps me out.  Reminds me too much of snakes.
I love to find the empty shells.  This one looked like a butterfly to me.

The seeguls leave their left overs all over the place.  The kids love to find things like this and explore what they find.  We have really enjoyed all that this area has to offer.  So much to see and do.  Such a different world from where we came from.

These last two pictures are for my Mom.  I remember as a little girl the sweet pea flowers she would have in the house.  I can't give these to you Mom, but a least I can send you the pictures.

Growing up too fast.

I only have one child left who I can dress up and take cute pictures of.  Olivia loves to dress up and put on a show.  She was quite disappointed that the cherries were so sour.
 I believe she was saying
Does Justin Bieber love me?
Does he not?
In her little mind she believes she is going to grow up and marry either Justin Bieber or any of the boys from One Direction.
Help!
Poor Poppy.  Look at the pleading in her eyes.
Help me!
I really should of video taped her singing.
My favorite pictures of her not knowing that I am watching.

In this picture she was singing some One Direction song.  It's amazing that she has all these song memorized.  I feel so old.  I can hardly remember my kids names most the time.

I only have so much more time left that I can play dress up with her.  After that I may have to start dressing up Poppy and the other animals.
Oh, we do that already.

The Smiths visit Vancouver eh.

The Smith family are on a road trip starting out in New Mexico.  They made their way up to our neck of the woods.  Troy, Logan, Anna and Ella went with them to Vancouver to sight see.  I stayed home with Soren and Olivia.  I knew they would be doing a lot of walking and the little ones would get to tired.
The kids are getting so grown up.  Pretty soon they're all going to be the same height.
Below is a picture of oldest steam clock still in use.

They went over to North Vancouver.  Logan and Levi had some fun in the water.

 They were being goofy.
Troy took this picture of the tree.  It looks like a tree person in it.  Freaky but cool.
They went across a 48 meter suspension bridge.  Yikes, you won't catch me doing that.
This is the skyline of Vancouver from North Vancouver.  Beautiful.

Best buds Logan and Levi.  It was so funny when the Smiths got here.  Levi was driving, he pulled into our driveway, put the car in park and got out to see Logan.  He left the car running and the lights on.  It really makes me sad that they live so far apart.
Ella took this picture of Denise and Alec.  I'll have to get a better picture of them.
Anna took this video of the boys getting wet.  They all had a fun long day.  The sun decided to come out and stay just for the Smiths trip.  It's been so fun having them here.
